Enormous Staircase Design Incorporating the Floor-to-Ceiling Bookcase

Staircase professionals Bisca were approached with a client who was renovating the rambling stone-built farmhouse heavy in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales, Northern England. Essential to this conversion was the replacing the staircase and the examining of the ground floor. This area initially featured a timber framework that sat awkwardly in the space, with very low mind heights and in a style which was too opulent for its environment. Replacing this staircase might prove to be key to modernizing the inside since a new design allows much more light into walk out with its single small windowpane.

To link the ground in order to first and first in order to second floors, an industrial-looking staircase was requested that needed to incorporate a floor-to-ceiling furniture. Natural materials were selected for the design, such as pale British Oak for the treads as well as risers, forge-formed steel for your balustrade uprights and hand-stitched leather for the handrails.
